Ben’s Background
People are fascinating. Ben, having grown up in Cache Valley, didn’t have a lot of contact with people. There were a lot of hay bales, though. He has dedicated the second half of his life to sitting with people who are navigating some of the most challenging aspects of their lives. He has extensive experience in accompanying people on their journeys through anxiety, depression, various traumas, and relationship issues. Ben has a unique insight into the medical and EMS communities. He has worked with medical professionals over the last 8 years and has developed a strategy to efficiently work with this population.

For medical professionals, EMS, and first responders
Ben has spent years working with medical staff, including physicians across specialties, nurses, EMS, police, and firefighters. He understands the pressure of being the person others rely on — and what it takes to keep doing that work well.
When helpers reach their limit, it doesn’t mean they’re failing. It means they need support that’s efficient, respectful, and practical. Ben helps professionals recover and reset, clarify a clear course of action, and get back to doing what they care about.
He offers teletherapy that is responsive, confidential, and convenient, so support fits around demanding schedules.
